Powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor and a 50MP Sony primary camera, the CMF Phone 1 offers premium features at an entry-level price, making it one of the most anticipated budget 5G smartphones of the year.

Starting with the design, the CMF 1 sports a flat-sided aesthetic with a sturdy plastic frame. It measures 6.46 inches in length, 3.03 inches in width, 0.32 inches in thickness, and weighs 197 grams. The CMF Nothing Phone 1 feels solid in hand while offering a clean, minimalist look.

On the front, the CMF Phone1 features a center punch-hole selfie camera and a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with an 85.1% screen-to-body ratio. The back panel comes in two finishes—plastic and vegan leather—with a capsule-style dual-camera module. A standout feature of the phone 1 cmf is its interchangeable back cover, available in three vibrant color options: Black, Green, and Orange.

For controls and ports, the right side of the CMF Phone 1 houses the power button, while the left side includes volume controls. The top features a microphone, and the bottom is equipped with a SIM tray, USB Type-C 2.0 port, a second microphone, and a speaker. However, the device does not include a 3.5mm headphone jack. Supporting HDR10+, the screen has 8-bit color depth (16.7 million colors), Always-On Display, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Under the hood, the CMF Phone 1 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300—a 4nm octa-core chipset featuring four Cortex-A78 cores at 2.5GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz, paired with the Mali-G615 MP2 GPU. Benchmarks show strong performance for the price, with a Geekbench single-core score of 1016, multi-core score of 2630, and an AnTuTu score of 634,847.

The CMF 1 5G is equipped with LPDDR4X RAM, UFS 2.2 storage, Bluetooth 5.3, and Wi-Fi 6 for fast connectivity. It runs on Android 14, and CMF has promised 2 years of OS updates and 3 years of security patches, ensuring long-term support.

Battery life is another strong point. The CMF Phone 1 features a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. According to official claims, it reaches 50% charge in 30 minutes and a full charge in 81 minutes. Real-world performance shows up to 27 hours of typical use, 6.5 hours of gaming, and 21 hours of video playback.
